All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

• Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the standard Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Price Adjustments & Errors: We reserve the right to correct any accidental typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing.
• Payment: Full payment must be received prior to order dispatch or branch preparation. We accept major credit/debit cards and supported digital payment methods through secure encrypted gateways.

Caffissimo operates as a franchise network with multiple cafe branches across Western Australia:

• Click & Collect (Website Orders): Orders placed directly on our website are fulfilled as Click & Collect for in-store pickup at your chosen Caffissimo branch.
• Collection Timelines: Freshly prepared beverages and food must be collected promptly at the selected branch to ensure maximum quality and food safety.
• Doorstep Delivery (Uber Eats & DoorDash): If you choose delivery on our website, you will be redirected to our official store pages on partner delivery platforms (such as Uber Eats and DoorDash). Those orders are fulfilled subject to the terms and delivery policies of the respective delivery partner.

Our whole bean and ground coffees are roasted to premium specialty standards. Roasted coffee is a fresh consumable agricultural product; we recommend storing beans in a cool, airtight, dark container and consuming within optimal flavor windows.

All content, trademarks, logos, images, graphics, audio, text, and software on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Caffissimo or our licensors. You may not reproduce, duplicate, republish, distribute, or exploit any portion of the site without our prior express written permission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable consumer rights or guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caffissimo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, delivery delays caused by external carriers, or improper storage and use of purchased products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
