Caffissimo offers convenient Click & Collect directly through our website, and doorstep delivery via our official partners Uber Eats and DoorDash.

1. Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)
All direct orders placed through the Caffissimo website are fulfilled exclusively as Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup):
- Choose Your Branch: Select your preferred Caffissimo cafe branch before adding items to your cart or at checkout.
- Fresh Preparation: Your coffee, food, and packaged goods are freshly prepared and set aside specifically for you at the selected branch.
- Collection: Simply visit the cafe counter, present your order confirmation or name, and collect your items without waiting in standard queues.
- Zero Delivery Fees: Click & Collect orders incur no extra packaging or delivery charges.
2. Doorstep Delivery via Uber Eats & DoorDash
We do not operate an in-house postal courier service for website orders. If you would like your favourite Caffissimo coffee, breakfast, or treats delivered directly to your home or office:
Uber Eats
Select your branch on our website or open the Uber Eats app to order from participating Caffissimo locations with real-time driver tracking.
DoorDash
Order directly through DoorDash from your local Caffissimo branch for quick local delivery straight to your door.
* Note: Delivery fees, promotional discounts, estimated arrival times, and driver tracking for delivery orders are managed directly by Uber Eats and DoorDash according to their respective platform terms.
3. Timely Collection & Beverage Quality
For Click & Collect orders containing hot espresso beverages or fresh meals, we strongly recommend arriving promptly during store operating hours to enjoy your order at peak temperature, crema, and flavor.
